Westminster College is a liberal arts college located in New Wilmington, which is a borough in Lawrence County, in Pennsylvania state, USA, with nearly 2500 people, living within its limits, at the time of the 2000 census.
The college was established in 1852, being the result of a meeting which took place on Jan. 21, of the reminded year, between the Ohio and Shenango Presbyteries. It offers its students 41 majors and 10 pre-professional programs, which include 3 undergraduate degrees (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Music), and Master of Education, with degrees in English, History, and Certification as a Reading Specialist, Secondary School Guidance Counselor, Elementary Principal, School Superintendent, and Supervision (Ohio only).
Westminster's athletic teams are nicknamed the Titans, and they compete in NCAA Division III. Their distinctive colors are blue and white.
